Spice up your joystick build with out easy to use hat switch. we've assembled a 5-position hat switch (N-S-E-W-Push) onto a PCB and included some connectors so you can configure it your way. Solder bare wires directly to its terminals. or use the included straight or right-angle pin header to connect it to the HAT inputs on your joystick controller. When connected to the HAT connectors, you'll get 8 usable positions (N-NE-E-SE-S-SW-W-NW) and a pushbutton. You can connect this to one of our General Purpose Mini Joystick Controllers with a straight 6-pin connector using the SW16,HatN,HatS,HatE,HatW,and GND pins (connector and cable sold separately)

* Small (21mm x 18mm) PCB for an easy fir in your home-built joystick project.
* Comes with 4 mounting screws, 1 straight, and 1 right-angled pin header (Soldering required), as well as a 3D Printed ABS plastic thumbswitch.
* Must be plugged into the HAT inputs on a joystick controller board
* Joystick controller and cable not included
* .STEP file available so you can import into your project design
